We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item showed up damaged from shipping, please contact us.

No returns on furniture. Please talk to your partner and do measurements before purchasing.  You're welcome to set up a viewing appointment or ask us for specific videos and photos. We will help you sell your item if it doesn't work out in your space as you hoped for. 

All items will be shipped within 3 business days. We reuse as much as possible so our packaging isn't always the prettiest, but your item will ship safely and is keeping some items out of the landfill a little longer. Please consider reusing any packaging if you can.

If there is a shipping overage, you will be refunded.

We do not ship furniture but items can be delivered within 500 miles for additional fees. Email us for rates and with questions.

All items purchased for pick up must be picked up within 3 days. If an item (small item) hasn't been picked up within a week, an additional $10 charge/week will be due upon pickup. 

​

Furniture will have an additional charge of $50/week after the first week.
